INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
The Page'up can be used by everyone, from 36 months.
To use it, simply place it on a flat surface, on its four non-slip pads. Once the Page'up is in position, take any sheet of paper from the top, in the centre, and insert it into the Page'up's slot.
In one second and with one hand, your sheet of paper will stand upright in front of you: it's magic!
Your Page'up can also be used as a clipboard.
The Page'up is indestructible, some of you have had them for 25 years and they are still in perfect condition!
WHAT CAN A PAGE'UP CONTAIN ?
It can hold any type of sheet, from 50g to 220g, from business card size (same bus ticket) to A3 for the Page'up Original and A4 for the Page'up Ecogreen.
It can hold up to 10 sheets of 80g (and 6 sheets for the Ecogreen).
The Page'up leaves no trace on the documents.
WHAT IS THE PAGE'UP MADE OF ?
The Page'up is made of ABS, recycled ABS, Zamac or PC. You will find the information on each product sheet in the "Specifications" tab.
ABS: acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (or ABS) > thermoplastic polymer with good impact resistance, opaque, good surface appearance qualities and easily recyclable
PC: polycarbonate > highly transparent and extremely impact-resistant plastic material
WHAT'S INSIDE THE PAGE 'UP?
Depending on the range, the Page'up are filled with iron shot, glass beads or sand. For some special orders, we can also fill them with rice, seeds, beads...
WHERE THE PAGE'UP IS MADE?
We have had the Page'up manufactured since its creation in 1996.
The Page'up that you will buy have all been manufactured in France, for the Luxury range, or in China, with our exclusive partner for more than 15 years.
IS THE PAGE'UP A FRENCH INVENTION ?
Yes, the Page'up is a French invention, created in 1995 by Etienne Dill. This invention has received 10 international awards in France and around the world, for its design, its usefulness as a briefcase, but also for its qualities as a promotional object.

IS THE PAGE 'UP PROTECTED ?
The Page'up is protected by trademark, model and patent registrations at the INPI worldwide.
HOW TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
There are two ways to create your account:
A – You click on "MY ACCOUNT (little guy)" logo at the top right of the page, then on "Login".
- Then click on "No account? Create one here".
- Fill in the required fields, (we advise you to write down your password), and click on "Save".
Please note that some fields are mandatory for the creation of your account to be validated, they are essential data necessary for billing, delivery and to contact you if necessary.
B - When you have at least one item in your basket and you want to finalize your order:
- Click on your basket ("My basket" logo) at the top right of the page.
- Click on "View Cart".
- Click on "Checkout".
- Fill in the fields "Order as a guest" and enter a password to create a customer account.
Your customer account is created. All you have to do now is fill in the remaining fields (address, billing) making sure to enter valid contact information (this will be necessary for delivery, billing and to contact you if necessary).
I LOST MY PASSWORD
Don't worry! It happens frequently and it's easy to get a new one.
- Click on the "My Account (little guy)" logo at the top right of the page and then on "Login".
- Click on "I forgot my password" under the password field. Fill in the e-mail used to create your account and then click on "Send a reset link".
- You will then receive an e-mail with instructions on how to obtain a new password.
- You will be able to access your customer account and change it if you wish.
For security reasons, miki milton does not have access to your password and will not be able to give it to you.
IS IT MANDATORY TO HAVE A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT?
No, you can order as a guest without entering a password, but you will have to re-enter all required fields when you place your next order!
Having a customer account saves you from having to re-enter all your data, to have access to your personal data at any time, to the follow-up of your order and to your invoices.
Without activity for 3 years, we will delete your account while keeping the invoices referring to your purchases.
HOW IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION USED?
Miki milton makes every effort to protect your personal data. We use it to be able to contact you if necessary, deliver and invoice you for your purchases.
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?
Add products to your cart.
A- When you move your mouse over a product, 3 icons appear. On the right, you see an icon representing a basket. When you click on it, the displayed product is automatically added to your basket. The number displayed in brackets corresponds to the number of items added to the cart.
B- When you move your mouse over a product, 3 icons appear. In the middle you see an eye shaped icon. Click on it to display the product sheet and see all the details.
- You can choose the colour and quantity you want. Click on "Add to cart".
- You can then choose to finalize your order by clicking on "Checkout", or continue browsing the site by clicking on "Continue Shopping". To see the contents of your cart again, click on "My cart" in the top right-hand corner.
Placing an order
Display your cart by clicking on the logo "My cart" at the top right and then on "View cart".
Check the contents of your cart, modify it if necessary and click on "Order".
A- You already have an account:
Click on " Login " and fill in your e-mail and password.
B- You wish to create an account (to save time for your next order):
Fill in the fields indicated in the "Create an account" section.
C- You do not wish to create an account, just order as a guest. Simply fill in the fields indicated, without a password.
If you wish to receive our newsletters, tick the box " Receive our newsletter ". As indicated, you will be able to unsubscribe at any time if you wish.
On the contact information page, fill in the required fields for delivery and billing, and then click "Continue".
Now choose the desired delivery method (the choice depends on the country we deliver): relay point, standard, express and click on "Continue".
Good to know
You can check the contents of your basket and the total cost at any time in the window on the right.
You can also change the information entered previously by clicking on "Edit".
Choose your method of payment, tick the box "I have read the general terms and conditions of sale and I adhere to them unreservedly, then click on "Order".
Enter your payment information and proceed with payment.
If your payment has been declined, your order will not be processed.
Once accepted, your order is taken into account. You will receive an order confirmation e-mail from us. Then we will send you a second one, confirming the shipment of your order, giving you the tracking number and enclosing your invoice.

HOW TO CANCEL AN UNDELIVERED ORDER?
You can use your right of withdrawal for 14 days.
All you have to do is fill in the necessary form here and send it to us with the products in perfect condition once you have received them.
We will reimburse you upon receipt of the products if their condition is correct and if the deadline for receipt has been met.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We offer secure online payment by credit card: Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, and e-carte bleue. Card payments can be made in Euros, US dollars ($) or pounds sterling (£).
We also accept payment by Paypal and bank transfer. You can pay in euros, pounds sterling or US dollars.
IS ONLINE PAYMENT SECURE?
We pay special attention to the security of your personal data and payment information.
When you make a payment by card, the information you provide is encrypted, which means that it cannot be read or deciphered at any time during the transaction.
Before making your payment, you can easily check that the page is secure if you see the small closed padlock just before the address in your browser.
If the padlock does not appear, do not continue your transaction as it is not secure.
Our partner Ingenico ensures secure payment with SSL mode and 3D-Secure Cardholder Authentication offers an additional level of protection with Secure Cardholder Authentication (Verified-by-Visa, Mastercard SecureCode, American Express SafeKey, Diners ProtectBuy and J/Secure).
WHAT IS A WISHLIST?
A wishlist is a list of products that you like and want to put aside for the next time, or that you want to show to your family, friends or colleagues. Handy when you want to ask each other's opinion before giving a gift!
HOW TO ADD A PRODUCT TO A WISHLIST?
It's very simple. Just click on the "heart" logo that appears when you hover over a product and it will automatically be added to your list (if you are logged in to your account). No account? Here's how to do it here.
HOW TO ACCESS YOUR WISHLIST?
Click on the "My cart (little man)" icon to connect to your customer account at the top right and then choose "My wishlist".
The contents of your wish list is displayed at the bottom. Click on "View".
HOW DO YOU SHARE YOUR WISHLIST?
Once your wish list is displayed, click on "Send this wishlist".
Fields will appear at the bottom of the page where you can enter the e-mails of the people you want to send your list to!
HOW DO I TURN A WISHLIST INTO AN ORDER?
• You need to log in to your account (or create one if this is your first visit to our site).
• You will then open your "Wishlist".
• The list of products appears.
• You can then click on "Add to cart" at the end of the line and click on the "Cart" logo and the product will go directly into your virtual cart.
Remember to check the colour and quantity during the summary.
The price of the product will be the one displayed on the site on the day of the order.

MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED
First of all, log in to your account, and check your delivery address. If it is correct, check the status of your order. If it has been shipped, you have received a tracking number, or you can click on "Track my package".
If your package is notified "delivered" but you have not received it, contact us directly by e-mail, mentioning your order number, at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at +33 (0)633 205 144, Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
The product you received does not meet your expectations? Did you get the wrong model?
You can return the product in perfect condition, at your expense, to the following address:

Upon receipt and after checking the condition of the goods, we will immediately refund your order within a maximum of 14 days.
Your invoice is systematically present in your package. You can also find it directly on our site in your customer account.
You identify yourself then you click on "My Invoices".
I'M PREPARING A SPECIAL EVENT AND I WANT TO PERSONALIZE MY PAGE'UP, IS IT POSSIBLE?
First of all, we would like to congratulate you on this upcoming event... wedding, baby shower, baptism, bar mitzvah, retirement... You would like to be able to offer a Page'up that suits you for this occasion, with a special inscription?
It's entirely possible. Choose your message, your design, what you like and we will create the Page'up you want to see and have. From 50 pieces and up to 5000 pieces, we offer personalisation in pad printing, on the front or back of the Page'up, from 1 to 7 colours. The lead time is 4 weeks from receipt of the printing documents and your payment.
Do not hesitate to contact us so that we can imagine together which Page'up will be the most suitable for this great moment and give you an estimate.
We do not yet offer personalization for smaller quantities but solutions are currently being studied. The newsletter informs you about Page'up news, gives you tips and good news. If you wish to receive it, you can tick the corresponding box when you place your order. You can also register without having a customer account by filling out the form at the bottom of each page of our site.
To unsubscribe, nothing could be simpler, just click on "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of each newsletter. We will then remove the link between your e-mail address and the file intended to send the newsletter.
