How to place an order
Add products to your cart.
A- When you move your mouse over a product, 3 icons appear. On the right, you see an icon representing a basket. When you click on it, the displayed product is automatically added to your basket. The number displayed in brackets corresponds to the number of items added to the cart.
B- When you move your mouse over a product, 3 icons appear. In the middle you see an eye shaped icon. Click on it to display the product sheet and see all the details.
- You can choose the colour and quantity you want. Click on "Add to cart".
- You can then choose to finalize your order by clicking on "Checkout", or continue browsing the site by clicking on "Continue Shopping". To see the contents of your cart again, click on "My cart" in the top right-hand corner.
Placing an order
Display your cart by clicking on the logo "My cart" at the top right and then on "View cart".
Check the contents of your cart, modify it if necessary and click on "Order".
A- You already have an account:
Click on " Login " and fill in your e-mail and password.
B- You wish to create an account (to save time for your next order):
Fill in the fields indicated in the "Create an account" section.
C- You do not wish to create an account, just order as a guest. Simply fill in the fields indicated, without a password.
If you wish to receive our newsletters, tick the box " Receive our newsletter ". As indicated, you will be able to unsubscribe at any time if you wish.
On the contact information page, fill in the required fields for delivery and billing, and then click "Continue".
Now choose the desired delivery method (the choice depends on the country we deliver): relay point, standard, express and click on "Continue".
Good to know
You can check the contents of your basket and the total cost at any time in the window on the right.
You can also change the information entered previously by clicking on "Edit".
Choose your method of payment, tick the box "I have read the general terms and conditions of sale and I adhere to them unreservedly, then click on "Order".
Enter your payment information and proceed with payment.
If your payment has been declined, your order will not be processed.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We offer secure online payment by credit card: Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, and e-carte bleue. Card payments can be made in Euros, US dollars ($) or pounds sterling (£).
We also accept payment by Paypal and bank transfer. You can pay in euros, pounds sterling or US dollars.
IS ONLINE PAYMENT SECURE?
We pay special attention to the security of your personal data and payment information.
When you make a payment by card, the information you provide is encrypted, which means that it cannot be read or deciphered at any time during the transaction.
Before making your payment, you can easily check that the page is secure if you see the small closed padlock just before the address in your browser.
If the padlock does not appear, do not continue your transaction as it is not secure.

MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED
First of all, log in to your account, and check your delivery address. If it is correct, check the status of your order. If it has been shipped, you have received a tracking number, or you can click on "Track my package".
If your package is notified "delivered" but you have not received it, contact us directly by e-mail, mentioning your order number, at email@example.com or by phone at +33 (0)633 205 144, Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
The product you received does not meet your expectations? Did you get the wrong model?
You can return the product in perfect condition, at your expense, to the following address:

Upon receipt and after checking the condition of the goods, we will immediately refund your order within a maximum of 14 days.
